"In 2025, I hit my own wall. The physical and psychological toll of years on the street had caught up, and traditional paths weren't providing the answers I needed. Choosing to utilize medical support and self-training my own service dog became my lifeline. I share this because I want you to know you aren't alone. This foundation exists to help first responders navigate the darkness and build their own shield."

Board of Directors

Chief of Operations

A Doctor of Psychology with extensive experience in specialized law enforcement units, including crime suppression, narcotics, collision investigation, and mental health/IDD crisis response. As a national conference speaker and designer of multiple state-approved in-service training programs, they bridge the gap between academic research and actionable frontline safety.

Chief Financial Officer

A public safety professional with extensive experience in patrol and specialized crisis co-response operations. They provide operational oversight and strategic fiscal leadership, specializing in the end-to-end management of complex federal and organizational grant portfolios to sustain our long-term mission.

Compliance & Governance

Dedicated to supporting our operators through administrative excellence, this role manages our regulatory framework. With a background spanning early childhood education, community casework, and wellness retail operations, they ensure our organization remains mission-aligned, compliant, and deeply connected to the communities we serve.

Wellness Consulting

We provide liability-mitigating wellness strategy, departmental policy development, and high-acuity organizational resilience consulting tailored to public safety command staff.

K9 Scholarship Pipelines

We facilitate funding, equipment access, and specialized training pipelines to pair operators with certified service animals, strengthening force multiplication and operator wellness.

Tactical Training Design

We develop state-approved, high-impact instructional curricula focused on frontline crisis de-escalation, neurodivergent (IDD) field arrivals, and mental health co-response mechanics.

Southern California regional service dog training and field deployment services are contracted through this organization.
